The Whiskey Rebels 

Have you seen Hamilton? Here’s another adventure that features some of the founders of our country. A historical thriller, The Whiskey Rebels takes readers back to 1787. Former spy, Ethan Saunders, is living in disgrace after being accused of treason. But he has a chance for redemption when enemy, Alexander Hamilton, draws him into a battle with Thomas Jefferson over the creation of the Bank of the United States.

Dear Mrs. Bird 

Dear Mrs. Bird is a hilarious, yet heartwarming story of “friendship, the kindness of strangers, and ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.” It’s 1940 in London. Emmy Lake is volunteering as a telephone operator with the Auxiliary Fire Services. When she sees a job ad for the London Evening Chronicle, Emmy believes that her dream of becoming a lady war correspondent is about to become true. However, the job is working as a typist for a renowned advice columnist. She’s supposed to toss any letter containing any unpleasantness. Instead, she secretly responds to the women who have shared their darkest secrets.
