Nothing beats spending the day with your pup. Thankfully, our Fells Point apartments are within minutes of the coolest dog-friendly places in Baltimore. Whether you’re looking for plenty of green spaces or something with a view, our neighborhood has you covered. Our favorite dog-friendly places around Baltimore include:

Downs Park Dog Beach

There’s nothing like getting some surf and sand, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than with your dog. Downs Park is a 236-acre county park close to the city. You’ll find lots of things to do at this local spot, but the dog beach is one of its top attractions. When you’re ready to check it out, grab your mask and head to the north end of the park.

Waterfront Promenade

If you’re looking to take a scenic stroll through one of Baltimore’s most beloved spots, check out the Waterfront Promenade. Neither you nor your dog will get bored with the plethora of sights and sounds. Remember you must keep your dog leashed at all times while walking around the Promenade.

When you’re done with your stroll, order some takeout food and drinks for both you and your dog at Sandlot. Also known as “Baltimore’s Beach,” Sandlot is located along the Waterfront Promenade. Here, you can lounge on the sand and simply enjoy the day with your furry friend while sipping on a delicious drink.

Patterson Park Dog Park

While there are many dog parks in the area, Patterson Park Dog Park is one of the most popular. The park provides separate areas for both large and small dogs and also offers water fountains for those extra-hot days. For off-leash fun, head to Patterson.

Now that you know about some of our favorite dog-friendly places in Baltimore, it’s time to go check them out for yourself.
