There are few things better than starting out or ending your weekend with a great brunch. Thankfully, our apartments in Baltimore are near some of the best restaurants for an outdoor brunch. In fact, our favorite brunch spots also offer amazing waterfront views. The best nearby brunch restaurants include:
Located on Baltimore’s picturesque Patapsco River, Ampersea’s large patio is the perfect place to brunch on the weekends. The menu features a mixture of seafood-centric breakfast classics, as well as traditional lunch dishes. No matter what you choose, you can’t go wrong. Regulars rave about the “Ampersea omelet,” which combines lump crab, scallops, shrimp, tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. Make sure to wash everything down with some homemade sangria. Ampersea is open for brunch Saturday and Sunday.
Located right in the heart of Fells Point, Barcocina’s huge location offers ample outdoor seating. This hip spot features Latin-inspired dishes, like “ancho French toast” and “brunch enchiladas.” If you are not in the mood for breakfast food, they also offer a variety of unique tacos. In addition, they have a full bar, replete with mojitos, margaritas, and sangria. Barcocina is open for brunch daily.
3. Bond Street Social
This lively spot located in Fells Point is a great place to grab brunch. Bond Street Social epitomizes “waterfront dining,” with a location right on the Patapsco River. Their tapas-style food and lively electronic music make Bond Street a great spot for a more upbeat brunch. If you’re in the mood for something a little different, try the “bungalow bowl.” This dish combines potatoes, runny eggs, chorizo, kimchi, salsa, and hot sauce. Bond Street is open for brunch Saturday and Sunday.
