About Eden Apartments – Luxury Baltimore Apartments
Our story is simple enough. Pick an ideal location, location, location and build on it the kick-assin’-ist place for the young, hip set to live..like, ever! Omigod! Mission, as they say, accomplished. Seriously, just walking through Harbor East and Fells Point you can see our beacon of all things luxurious above all the rooftops. We’re ON the water (enough said?) and are not only CLOSE to places you want to be and hang out at, heck, some are ON the premises! Ra Sushi, anyone? They’re on our FIRST FLOOR! Teavolve (maybe you’ve heard of it). First floor, too (our first floor is a happenin’ place, what can we say). That was part of the plan, too, when we set out to build beautiful, spacious Baltimore downtown apartments.
We spared nothing in the way of materials, designed the units for space and views of the water and/or city, hired knowledgeable, friendly staff…and even plopped a pool on the roof! What else would you expect from Baltimore’s premiere luxury apartments? Oh, and once you’re here, you can expect smooth sailing, as we’re owned and operated by Legend Management Company, with two decades of experience providing spare-nothing downtown apartment living experiences in MD and DC for residents who consistently rate us “superior.” Pretty cool, huh? Tell you what else is cool: living the luxury apartment lifestyle down on the Baltimore harbor, among it all…at Eden Apartments. Just like we planned.
Words can only do so much here, in describing the awesome-ness (see what we mean?) and the really hip-cooledness (again, words escape us) of our luxury harbor apartments. Imported metal railings greet you at the door; a bamboo floor in the media room is perhaps even more than you’d expect from a typical Baltimore downtown apartment. But, we’re not typical! Neither is the stone on the walls of our lobby, or the color palette of our spacious units. Which range in size from comfy studio-sized to more than 1,200 square feet.
Top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and granite countertops await your discerning eye (and deft culinary skills, right?). Did we mention the views? What’s a Baltimore harbor apartment without the views, right? We’ve got plenty. And the ones not facing the harbor overlook the terrace, or frame up Fells Point and Canton (not too shabby a look-see, either). If you’re looking around Baltimore for luxury apartments, by all means, check out the other places first. But don’t succumb to their hard-close tactics. They use ‘em ‘cause they know you’ll end up at Eden Apartments (if you’ve done your homework, which you’re doing now). Best for last is what will happen, and you’ll know you’ve found a place to call home. Oh, and one other amenity. Everyone’s really very friendly here: we don’t know what it is: the harbor air, the infectiously friendly staff, but, you’ll make new and beautiful friends toot-sweet.
